Introduction of Modified Flap Disc

This product is used for glass edge grinding and burr processing.

This version of the Flap disc has a grinding disc as the impeller, this protects the disc from impacts and breakage when grinding on glass or mirror edges and corners.

Combined with high-performance adhesive and high-strength abrasive blades it gives a product that has high efficiency, extremely low breakage, good heat dissipation, and low noise.

Flap discs are constructed of overlapping abrasive-coated flaps attached to a central hub. As the disc is used, the flaps continually wear away to expose a new layer of abrasive mineral. This allows for a consistent cut-rate and finish throughout the entire life of the disc.
