1. What payment terms will you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, and Western Union.
2. What is the Minimum order quantity (MOQ) when buying products from your company?
Minimum orders of at least 50,000 pieces are required for flap discs.
Minimum orders of at least 13,800 square meters are required for abrasive cloth or sandpaper.
Minimum orders of at least 500,000 pieces are required for velcro discs.
Minimum orders of at least 50,000 pieces are required for cutting wheels.
Minimum orders of at least 50,000 pieces are required for polishing pads.
Minimum orders of at least 20,000 pieces are required for buffing wheels.

3. I have never imported from China, what do I need to do?
The requirements to import products from China vary depending on the type of product and the country of destination.
Generally, importers need to obtain the necessary licenses and permits, comply with customs regulations, pay import taxes and duties,
and ensure that the products meet safety and quality standards.
4. Which ports do you ship from?
We usually ship from the cargo ports at Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin, and Shenzhen.
If you need to ship goods from other ports, please let us know in advance and we can arrange for you.
5. Can we use our logo or design?
Of course, please provide your logo or design when placing your order.
We will confirm the printing quality before production begins.
6. How much product can be loaded in a 20ft or 40ft container? And what is the Gross Weight (G.W).?
Please send us your quantity requirements as the type of product will impact how much product can be loaded and how heavy it will be.
We will work with you to give you the most economical way of shipping the product to you.
7. Can we mix products on an order to fill a 20ft or 40ft container?
