Abrasive Grain: High-purity silicon carbide (SiC) grains, higher hardness and better self-sharpening ability than aluminum oxide. The grains produce new cutting edges during grinding, maintaining lasting sharpness without passivation.

Paper Backing: Heavy-duty high-strength kraft paper base, excellent tensile and tear resistance, stable structure during manual and mechanical dry sanding, not easy to break or deform.

Bonding Technology: High-temperature resistant resin adhesive coating, firm combination of abrasive grains and paper base, effectively prevents grain shedding during high-intensity dry grinding.
