Our Flap Wheels are made of high-quality abrasive flaps with closely arranged and evenly distributed grains, combining strong cutting performance and flexible polishing effect. With special layered structure, the flaps can wear evenly during operation and continuously expose new sharp abrasive grains, providing excellent self-sharpening performance and longer service life compared with ordinary grinding wheels.

The flexible flap design enables perfect fitting on curved, irregular and edge workpieces, achieving uniform finishing without over-grinding, scratching or workpiece burning. It generates low heat during grinding, effectively avoids oxidation and discoloration, and is very suitable for fine deburring, rust removal, oxide cleaning, surface blending and satin finishing.
