TJ135 sanding belt is a flexible aluminum oxide abrasive belt built on J-weight poly-cotton blended backing, widely adopted for belt sander processing in woodworking and light metal finishing.
Made with calcined aluminum oxide grain and full resin-over-resin bonding, this sanding belt delivers stable cutting performance and good grain adhesion to reduce sand drop-off. The soft poly-cotton base brings outstanding flexibility, which fits flat and curved workpieces perfectly, leaving uniform scratch patterns and smooth surface finish. It features anti-clogging property during continuous sanding, extending service life and lowering replacement cost.
Available grit range: P40 – P600. Multiple joint options including butt joint, overlap joint and S-wave joint for different machine requirements. We support custom width, length and sizes to match most standard and customized belt sanders.
